At Ztatus, your satisfaction is our priority. While we currently do not offer refunds, we do support free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit and style.

Exchange Policy

We offer a free exchange within 12 days of delivery.
Exchanges are only eligible for:
- Unused items
- Items in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Size issues, damaged items, or incorrect orders are fully covered under our exchange policy.

To request an exchange, simply email us at support@ztatus.shop with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the quick and easy process.

Important Notes

We do not offer refunds at this time.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or design is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a suitable alternative.
Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery may not qualify for an exchange.
